Flight to portal,
in 24 hours.
Private project status, deliverables, versions, quotes, invoices, and team access stay connected to one project record, instead of scattered across expiring file-transfer links.
Most providers fly today and deliver next week. We aim for next day.
Many aerial-data workflows separate capture from processing: raw data goes back to an office or a third-party queue, and the first completeness problem is discovered only after the crew has left the site. Outlook UAS brings the processing workstation and ground-control equipment to the site instead, so most of the alignment and completeness work is already done by the time we demobilize.
For an eligible standard scope, that supports a typical 24-hour flight-to-portal target. It does not compress every scope into the same schedule: larger areas, survey-tested accuracy, and multi-sensor jobs take longer, and we say so up front. The 24-hour mark is a target we publish conservatively and beat when we can, never a promise we walk back.
A visible handoff from scope through delivery.
Field processing shortens the time between capture and a checked result. The portal keeps the next steps and versions attached to the same project.
One project, four working views.
The portal is designed as a delivery and recordkeeping layer. These previews are representative; live features and presentation may evolve.
What stays with the record.
One record per project. Status, files, paperwork, versions, and access all hang off it, so the answer to “where is that file?” is the same place a year later as it was on delivery day.
Your data stays private to your account.
Access is limited to your account and the people you invite. Outlook UAS does not share, resell, or use client data for marketing. Deliverables remain archived for re-delivery under the project support policy.
Scope the output and its realistic delivery window.
The quote names the project boundary, data products, accuracy mode, portal handoff, and schedule before the field team mobilizes.
