LIFETIME DATA ACCURACY GUARANTEE

The life of
your data.

In-scope reprocessing, revisions, and re-delivery stay included for the life of the project. Raw imagery follows its own retention schedule, and a materially changed site calls for a new flight.

Included from the first quote. This policy doesn't need a separate support contract -- it applies to work within the original project scope. A new area, a new capture, or a materially changed site is a new engagement.

Lifetime Data Data Support

Aerial data shouldn't expire just because we did the math differently this year.

Photogrammetry methodology evolves, accuracy standards tighten, and CAD systems change. None of that should erode the accuracy of a dataset you already paid for.

Within the original project scope, there's no clock, no upcharge, and nothing to negotiate. Ask, and the record gets revisited.

Included · no charge
Reprocessing
Run the project through the current photogrammetry pipeline to produce an updated point cloud, orthomosaic, or DTM/DSM from the retained source material available for the request.
Revisions
Prepare a different contour interval, CAD format, coordinate-reference reprojection, classification, tiling scheme, export resolution, highlight, or area of interest within the original project scope.
Re-delivery
Restore an archived deliverable when a file is lost, a new engineer joins the project, or an approved package needs to be retrieved again.
Methodology disclosure
Provide the available processing chain, ground-control accuracy, GSD, checkpoint information, and accuracy statement associated with the project.

Portal access windows and our own retention aren't the same thing.

Your deliverables stay archived for re-delivery and support for the life of the project. What the tier below sets is how long the raw source imagery stays downloadable in your client portal.

Delivery

Project record begins

Agreed deliverables, reports, versions, and support terms enter the client record.

60 days

Raw imagery in the portal

Every project includes 60 days of raw-imagery access in your portal at no charge.

6 or 12 months

Extended portal access

Longer review cycles and recurring monitoring use the applicable extension tier. Twelve months from delivery is the maximum.

Life of project

Deliverable support

In-scope reprocessing, revisions, re-delivery, and methodology records stay supported.

Raw imagery portal access · three tiers
60-day access
Standard on every project, with no opt-in required. After 60 days the raw imagery is no longer downloadable from your portal unless an extension was selected. Your archived deliverables remain available for re-delivery.
6-month access
For extended QA windows: civil submittals with 90–120 day review cycles, or claims where adjusters revisit before the season closes. Raw imagery stays downloadable through the selected term.
12-month access
Mandatory on recurring monitoring, where each capture is processed against the prior raw set for change detection. Bundled into recurring contract pricing, not a line item. Twelve months from delivery is the longest access term we offer.

Important limitation: a request that depends on raw source imagery can only draw on that imagery while your portal access term is current. Archived deliverables stay available after portal access to the raw imagery ends.

What we keep, and for how long. Your project data is not deleted when portal access ends. We retain deliverables and source material on our own systems, not publicly accessible, so that in-scope reprocessing and re-delivery under Lifetime Data Support stay possible. We keep it for as long as we offer Lifetime Data Support on the project, and not less than seven years. You can ask us to delete or return your data at any time, subject to records we are required to keep. Deletion ends Lifetime Data Support for that project.

Know when to reprocess and when to fly again.

Support keeps an existing project record usable. It can't make old imagery describe a site that has materially changed.

Reprocess when the source still represents the site.

A current processing method, different classification, new export, reprojection, contour interval, or revised area of interest may be possible within the original scope and available source material.

Revise when the question changes but the scope doesn't.

A callout, tiling arrangement, CAD format, report view, or other in-scope presentation change can be handled as a revision, not new capture work.

Re-deliver when the approved file is needed again.

Archived deliverables can be restored when a file is lost or a new project participant needs the approved package.

Re-fly when the ground has changed or the data has aged past use.

A new capture is a new engagement. Returning clients receive a preferred recapture rate, and Lifetime Data Support begins again for the new dataset. The quote states the new boundary, accuracy mode, and retention tier.

NO CONTRACT NEEDED · IT'S ALREADY IN YOURS · EVERY QUOTE INCLUDES IT FROM DAY ONE

Not sure if it's a reprocess
or a re-flight?

Send the project name, data version, requested output, and what's changed on the site. We'll identify the applicable support path before proposing new field work.
