Terms of Use
EFFECTIVE JULY 25, 2026 · UPDATED AUGUST 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Outlook UAS website, its quoting tools, and the client portal. By using the site or submitting information through it, you accept them.
Quotes and estimates
- Boundaries drawn on the quote map and the acreage they produce are approximations you provide for scoping. They are not a survey and are not relied on for flight planning until confirmed.
- A quote request is not an order. Pricing, scope, and schedule become binding only in a written quote or statement of work that both parties accept.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote document.
Inquiries, orders, and the information you submit
- When you submit a quote request, contact form, or program inquiry, you agree to provide accurate information and confirm you're authorized to share any site address, parcel, or project detail you submit.
- We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and, if you engage us, to deliver the work. How we handle this information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it.
- Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or reserve capacity. A project begins only when we both accept a written quote or statement of work, which, together with these Terms and the Privacy Policy, governs that engagement. If a signed statement of work conflicts with these Terms, the statement of work controls for that project.
- Please don't submit sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or health information) through the site's forms or free-text fields.
Electronic communications and email consent
- When you contact us or submit a form, you consent to receive service communications related to your inquiry, quote, project, account, or invoices, by email, phone, or through the portal.
- With your email, we may also send occasional marketing communications (company news, offers, and educational content). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using it or emailing contact@outlookuas.com. Opting out of marketing does not affect service communications about an active project.
- We send marketing using our own email and do not sell or rent your address to third parties. You agree not to use our forms or contacts to send unsolicited or unlawful messages to us.
Client portal and accounts
- If we set up a portal account for your project, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Use the portal only for your project with us. Don't attempt to access other accounts, disrupt the service, or upload malicious or infringing content.
- We may suspend access to protect the service, our clients, or our systems.
Payments and invoices
Fees, deposits, and payment schedules for a project are set in the applicable quote or statement of work. Invoices may be issued and paid through the portal using a third-party payment processor; your use of that processor is subject to its own terms, and we don't store full payment card numbers ourselves. Past-due amounts may pause work or delivery as described in the project agreement.
Accuracy language
References to accuracy on this site describe methodology: deliverables are produced to meet, or where contracted tested to meet, ASPRS positional accuracy standards as specified per project. Survey-quality (certified or recordable) deliverables, where offered, are provided only through a licensed Professional Land Surveyor partner of record. Nothing on this site is a certification of a specific accuracy for your project; that is defined in the project agreement.
Lifetime Data Support policy
Descriptions of Lifetime Data Support on this site are a summary. Its scope, conditions, and remedies are defined in the project agreement for each delivered project.
Site content
- Content on this site (text, graphics, imagery, and example deliverables) belongs to Outlook UAS or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
- Portfolio entries are illustrative engagement profiles, not statements about a named client.
- The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and may change without notice.
Accessibility
We're committed to making this site usable for everyone and target WCAG 2.1 Level AA. See our Accessibility Statement for details and how to reach us if you encounter a barrier or need information in another format.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Outlook UAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability connected to contracted services is governed by the applicable project agreement.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through this site and how we use it, and our Cookie Policy explains cookies and how to manage analytics. When you submit a quote or contact form, the consent box confirms you've read these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with an updated effective date; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
